What does it mean an item is available for preorder?

The nature of our products means they sell out quickly and this allows us to hold your place to make sure you get what you want.  The item will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. This is the only way we can allocate the item to you.

In what packaging will my goods be delivered?

When you shop at degabrielstudio.com you will receive your ordered items in a emblematic branded Degabriel black box.

How do I return my order?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your purchase. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Before returning an item, please ensure all tags are attached and all original packaging is present and intact. To return your order send an email to info@degabrielstudio.com

Your return request will be notified to our Customer Care, who will evaluate whether to authorize. Customer Care will be confirmed by an email. We will send you a label that you can print and paste into the shipping box. 


Please retain a copy of the proof of return postage.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. 

How soon I will get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied original method of payment, within 14 days.

When will I receive my order?

Once your purchase is completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. This email acts like an invoice and will include your order number. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information.
